Watch the night sky light up with Wildwood’s seasonal fireworks display. Kick off your Labor Day weekend by watching the Friday night firework show. The impressive display is done to the beat of a musical score which is played all along the boardwalk and also simulcast on 98.7 The Coast.
Hit Up the Beach!
Of course, one of the main attractions of the Wildwoods is our famous beaches. The Wildwoods are known for having the widest, safest, and cleanest beaches in New Jersey. The Wildwoods beaches are guarded by expert Lifeguards through Labor Day from 10:00am-5:30pm daily. Enjoy your last ocean swim for the summer, choose to play some outdoor games like frisbee or volleyball, or simply relax on the white sands and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean.
Soak Up Wildwoods Iconic Boardwalk
The Wildwoods’ award-winning boardwalk has something for the whole family. From shops, restaurants, and bars to amusement piers with over 100 rides and attractions, it’s impossible to not have a good time. If you are looking for something to do, there is something going both day and night at the Wildwoods’ boardwalk. Venture on the boardwalk and let your senses guide you!
Labor Day Weekend Boardwalk Craft Show
Come soak in the sun and enjoy a plethora of handmade crafts on Wildwood’s famous boardwalk. This event is rain or shine on Saturday, September 3rd and Sunday, September 4th. The craft show takes place on the boardwalk at Rio Grande Avenue. Stop by on Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am-4:00pm. The event is free and parking is available.
Wildwood End of Summer Block Party
Head on down to the Wildwood End of Summer Block Party to celebrate the joy that summertime in the Wildwoods provides. This event is free and great for the family! Come enjoy music, entertainment, food vendors, craft vendors and more! The Wildwood End of Summer Block Party is the perfect way to close out a great summer with the vibrant Wildwoods community.
